Assembly Process:

1. Simply and conveniently order our assembly service online by adding the item to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
2. After completing the order, you will receive an email with a link to create the return label. Print the return label, pack your items carefully, and affix the label to your package. Please note that this service is only available in Austria and Germany. For assembly services from other countries, please use our contact form.
3. Once your package reaches us, the blades will be mounted on the skates. Please note that this process may take up to 3 business days. We strive to ensure that your skates are returned to you as quickly as possible!
4. After assembly, the skates will be promptly returned to your address. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
