Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Austria) within 2-4 days, for foreign deliveries in the EU and Switzerland within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction). For international deliveries at about 10-14 days (depending on the country of delivery). Please note that on Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For environmental reasons, we try to avoid shipping from multiple locations as much as possible. In this case, the delivery time may be extended by 2-3 business days.

Return shipments:
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE:
General:
- Return your items in their original packaging.
- The original packaging must not be damaged (e.g., torn or taped).
- Send your return within 14 days of receiving the package.
For Sportswear:
- Handle the sportswear carefully when trying it on.
- Wear underwear when trying on items.
- Do not remove any stickers or tags.
Important: Dirty or worn clothing, as well as items without stickers or tags, will not be refunded!
IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving the package.
- A damage report can only be filed within 7 days of receiving the package.
