How does it work?

Get your perfect skate recommendation in 6 easy steps

1. Order box

For the price of EUR 24.90, in addition to the molded foam box, the instructions, the questionnaire and the tape measure, you also get a voucher worth 10EUR, which you can redeem directly when you buy the new shoe.

2. Create footprint

As soon as you receive the skate fitting box, you can get started with your footprint by stepping into the foam field provided with both feet on the left and right.

3. Fill out the questionnaire

After creating the footprint, we ask you to fill out the questionnaire to get to know you better and to get some information that is crucial for the right recommendation of the skate.

4. Return the box free of charge

The price includes both free round-trip shipping. The return label is included and we ask that you stick this over the shipping label. You can drop off the box at any post office.

5. Get results

As soon as we receive your box, we will process your imprint and questionnaire. You will receive the result within 3-4 business days after we have received the box.

6. Order the right skate

After you have received your result, you can easily order our recommendation via eisprinzessin.at. You can immediately redeem your 10 EUR voucher in the shopping cart.

The Skate Fitting Box is a tool created by eisprinzessin.at to provide everyone with a perfectly fitting skate. From our years of experience, we know that many skaters use ill-fitting skates. This can be due to poor advice and the difficulty of accessing expert guidance. With the Skate Fitting Box, we aim to solve this problem and offer everyone a professional service, all from the comfort of your living room.

The Skate Fitting Box consists of 5 parts, with 4 of them directly responsible for the fitting process. The 5th component is a voucher that can be applied directly when purchasing the skate. For the fitting itself, the box includes a foam shaping box, a measuring tape, the use of which is explained in the enclosed instructions. You simply record the results in the included questionnaire, which you return to us along with the foam shaping box.

Your foot impression in the foam shaping box is used to analyze the length and width of the boot. The questionnaire helps us choose the stiffness level and the associated model and blade.

We will process the foam shaping box and the questionnaire within 3-4 business days of receiving them, and you will receive a non-binding purchase recommendation from us.

The shipping and return are, of course, included in the price. The return label is already in your package and can be easily affixed over our shipping label.

The skate-fitting box analysis provides a recommendation based on the specified data and the dimensions of the foam impression. Since personal comfort plays a crucial role in finding the right skates, this is merely a recommendation, and we cannot guarantee a 100% fit. We continuously collaborate with manufacturers and use the evaluated data to further develop and improve our service!

	Schritt 1 - Anleitung lesen! Lis dir bitte bevor du loslegst die beigelegte Anleitung sorgfältig durch und folge den Anweisungen Schritt für Schritt, um ein möglichst genaues Ergebnis zu erhalten.
	Schritt 2 - Fußabdruck erstellen! Öffne die Faltschachtel und positioniere diese aufgeklappt auf einem ebenen Untergrund. Steige nun (barfuß) nacheinander links und rechts in die Schaumtritteinlage. Wichtig ist dabei, dass du dein Gewicht gleichmäßig auf den Fuß verteilst. Strecke die Zehen aus und achte darauf, dass auch diese tief in den Schaum eindringen. Verschieße nun die Box.
	Schritt 3 - Füße vermessen! Miss deine Füße gemäß den Vorgaben in der Anleitung ab und notiere die Abmessungen auf dem Fragebogen. Dort sind die genauen Messpunkte auch nochmals beschrieben.
	Schritt 4 - Fragebogen ausfüllen! Um dir die richtige Empfehlung auszusprechen möchten wir dich etwas besser kennen lernen. Deine Angaben sind natürlich streng vertraulich und werden von uns sorgfältig behandelt. Selbstverständlich werden die Daten nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
	Schritt 5 - Ergebniss erhalten! In der Regel erhältst du 48h nach dem Eintreffen der Skatefitting Box deinen Ergebnisbogen und die daraus resultierende Kaufempfehlung. Solltest du Fragen zu deinem Ergebnis haben, kannst du uns natürlich jederzeit gerne kontaktieren.

Schlechte Beratung und keine Rückmeldung bei Problem

Ich hatte sehr auf die Skate Fitting Box vertraut, dass ich dadurch den für mich richtig passenden Schuh finde. Ich hätte bei der erhaltenen Analyse schon skeptisch sein sollen, weil auf Platz 2 ein Schuh aufgeführt wurde, der mir bereits von einem anderen Fachgeschäft aufgrund meines Gewichts und der Härte des Schuhs ganz klar nicht empfohlen wurde. Da ich selbst keine Kufen anbringen kann, habe ich die Skates mit montierten Kufen bestellt, im Vertrauen, dass die empfohlenen Skates passen würden. Leider war dem überhaupt nicht so. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage und Bitte eine Lösung für das Problem zu finden, am liebsten natürlich die Skates trotz montierter Kufen umtauschen zu können, habe ich bisher leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten! So sind die nicht passenden Skates nun einfach mein Problem - ich bin mehr als enttäuscht darüber!
